<p>Let’s start with this. Look, sometimes what happens is you work too much and then again you sit with your mobile phone till late night and the time-limit of your sleep decreases. In order to get a good night’s sleep, you must make sure that you’re getting 8 hours proper sleep. <em>Sleep </em>plays a very important role when it comes to how good you’re at remembering things. So, try to get maximum sleep as possible because it’s really <em>beneficial.</em></p>

<p>Observation plays a significant role in all this. <em>Does it happens with you that sometimes your mom is saying something and you don’t listen to it but you keep on answering “Yes, I’ll do that” etc. </em>But when the time comes, you’re like “I don’t remember what you said”. It happens because you didn’t pay attention to her words.</p>

<p>Multitasking is not an easy thing. I understand that there is many work pending and so you’ve to do them <em>quickly. </em>But try as much as you can to not multi-task things. <p>Chunking is practiced by many people and it really helps too. A person’s short-term memory is only able to hold 4-5 things in mind. Thus, chunking breaks the information into smaller<em> parts and then you’re able to remember more things. </em>For e.g. break phone no. to remember it e.g. suppose it’s 7846589…, then remember it this way i.e. 784-65-89 …it’ll be easy.</p>
