Strong personalities are unique in their own ways. They are distinctively visible in a room full of people. And they are often misconstrued as dominating, rude or non-compassionate!

In all reality none of these are true. These words actually do not reflect a strong personality. From my own experiences and reflections there of, I have gauged many wrong ways of projection that many strong people use mistakenly and ruin things. You will finally get into the realm of getting the things done for yourself in the right way.
