Indian Spinner Harbhajan All Set To Marry In October

Veteran Cricketer Harbhajan Singh popularly known as ‘Bhajji’ is ready for another innings.

According to sources, he is set to tie knot with his long-time girlfriend Geeta Basra. The speculations are on the buzz that they will marry in the month of October.

It will be a grand and star studded wedding which will have guests from film-dom and from cricketing arena.

Geeta Basra is known for her films like The Train, Mr. Joe B Carvalho and Bhaiyyaji Superhit to name few. The duo never acknowledged their relationship but Harbhajan Singh’s small cameo in this movie made the rumours more widespread about their relationship.

During one of the promotions of her latest flick Second hand husband, Basra was quoted the following statement. “Don’t read so much into it. It’s a fun appearance, not a wedding announcement. When I get married, I won’t do it chup-chup ke. I’ll announce it from the rooftops. Arrey, Punjabi ladki hoon, Punjabi Shadi karungi khoob dhoom-dhaam se.”

As per Hindustan Times report, one of the family members revealed that marriage has been fixed on October 29 at a posh hotel in Phagwara, around 20km from Jalandhar. The daily quoted as senior official from Club Cabana, confirming the bookings done by the family but refrained from divulging any further details.

Also we some sources also revealed that the dates might change if Singh will play for the South Africa series which is slated for the October.

From further reports we learnt that wedding preparations and invitations will be started and finalised once Harbhajan is back from Sri Lanka.
