In reply to Lakshmi. You need to file the F.I.R then ones that is done. Then to investigate the matter becomes the liability of the police but if still nothing happens then contact women NGOs the will surely come up for help. Hope it might be useful

A lady doesn’t need to go to the police station to file a complaint:…There is no use with police station…in this maters…polices will take money ftom against parties…so how its better for real justice…example bantumilli police station ….krishna dist..pincode 521324..who appointed as a new SI….recent issue…he is not taking any action about wife and husand issue….so how we will trust them
