This is no doubt a big communal issue, needs to be addresses in a big way, but let me tell you the Maharashtra Govt when resorted to a beef ban had to retract with the public pressure it faced. You claiming to be an extremely secular Indian, I am sure you must have never raised your voice against a Bakri Eid! And why would you? Our media cherishes that isn’t it? We are concerned about Holi and give our m,illion dollar worth views on a waterless Holi, but we forget that to process a 100 kg beef, the water consumption is such a humongous amount, that it can be quench the thirst of about 267 families for about a week!! Yes, that’s true!!

Having served in the forces for a decade, I for the matter know that whatever media projects is far from reality, my fair lady!! These media reps have glorified the misuses of AFSPA and have portrayed and sympathized with separators like Ghani. These media representatives are as good as masquerading as goons and thrashing and bashing the current Govt. in power? Frankly are you one among them? because I don’t see a reason you getting the BJP and RSS into all of this everytime! Where are you hiding and what have you done to even write against the incessant killings of dogs in kerala which is being criticized all over the World? What have you done against those low lives who labelled a Mohan Batla as a terrorist in Batla encounter case? What have you done against those secular people out there praising the acts of a Bakri Eid in open and criticizing Modi when he takes the culture of vegetarianism abroad?

Well, at the onst you’re totally uniformed! Hinduism was never a religion, we made it! It was always a way of life which probably got contaminated. I believe beef eating was always a part of people who followed Hinduism; though it was never preached! Even I am a Hindu and I condemn this act of the murder of Md. Akhlaq. but you know what? He was murdered by a bunch of goons carrying the weight of “righteousness” on their stupid heads, which in no way had any direction/relation to any of the BJP party members or it’s thoughts! Stop your sick politics of bashing the Govt! Trust me even a fool has gained enough knowledge and is now going to support what the current Govt stands for.

When you sky rocket your expectations and expect India to go back to Satya Yuga within a year, and see that the black money exposure which has initiated the actions of the Govt, still question the result. You talk about honor killings, you talk about PM’s foreign visits, you talk about such incidents and directly relating them to the Govt. because you feel your thirst for a Satya Yuga or a perfect India is yet not quenched and oh damn! hell with the Govt they didn’t keep up with their promises! They didn’t give you back the original India! So let’s redirect every bad instance and credit their accounts with such incidents against them!

I advise you not be fond of the Barkha Dutts, Sagarika Ghoshs or the Rajdeeps of the World, which probably might end you up in a dirty muck of politics and insane media reporting! I appreciate your views on the current situation I second your opinion on giving these local villagers a punishment as hard as hanging till death! However stop bashing the Govt on almost every issue! Please come out in open and talk agsinst all the issues which you haven’t and still affect the society (morally/environmentally) as well.

And DO NOT, for God’s SAKE claim that you were a happier citizen from May 2004 to May 2014 under a Govt who did more harm than many others!!
