Recipe of the day: Coriander Coffee

Packed with the flavours of coriander, ginger and jaggery, this no caffeine drink will not only give you a kick but also clear your bowels and cure giddiness.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time:
5 minutes
Serves: two

What you need:

2 glasses water
2 tsp coriander seeds
½ inch ginger
A pinch of salt
Jaggery to taste

How to make:

  1. Grind all dry ingredients.
  2. Pour water in a pan and put on medium flame.
  3. Mix in the ground ingredients and bring water to a boil. Filter and serve hot.
