Remedies To Prevent Sweaty Palms

For those who have sweaty palms, they will relate to this- “It is embarrassing when we are told to shake hands”, right? Even more worse is- “Hey, why are your hands so damn sweaty?” There are many like me, who hate it when people say such things and then it just break us down. Sometimes {Maybe all-the-times} it makes me feel so uncomfortable. I guess, even you must’ve gone through it.

Guess what? I tried a lot to get rid of it and finally the natural home remedies worked. So why don’t you try ‘em out too? I’m pretty sure that it’ll give you the best result.

Remedies To Prevent Sweaty Palms: –

  1. Cold Water

Drink at-least 2-3 liters of water daily. Especially, if your body is wet, drinking water will help you keep your body temperature under cool. Or do one more thing- Take a bowl full of cold water and soak your hands into it. Keep it for about 40-45 minutes and later take it off. This method will help you prevent from sweaty palms for at-least 4-5 hours.

  1. Honey

Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar is an absolute trick to prevent sweaty palms. Mix the two items in a bowl and later apply the prepared mixture onto your sweaty palms. Make sure to apply it daily at-least 2 times.

  1. Corn flour

Corn flour also known as Cornstarch is a good remedy that controls the sweatiness of palms. Put the corn flour onto your sweaty palms and keep it for about 30 minutes max. Later rinse it off.

  1. Oak Bark

Oak bark is used as an herbal remedy since the past years and it works too. Oak bark is often used to treat all the throat infection problems. In terms of excessive sweating, oak bark is an absolute remedy.

Boil the oak bark and mix it with milk- Once the mixture is ready, apply it onto your sweaty palms. This technique reduces the sweat and keeps it dry and clean.

  1. Tomato Juice

Tomato juice is helpful too. Remove the tomato juice in a bowl and dip your hands into it. It actually contains high levels of sodium into it which helps the hands and also feet to remain dry.

  1. Coconut Oil

Oil contains healing properties and it also helps prevent sweatiness. Apply the oil onto the sweaty palms and keep it for about 15 minutes. Do not over use it- 2 times a day will help to reduce the sweatiness.

  1. Rosewater

It will be best to use rosewater in order to reduce the sweaty-prone area. Take rosewater and dip a cotton ball into- later apply it onto the palms.

Keep doing it at-least 2 times a day.
