Eshita: From when I was a kid, I’ve always been an avid pet lover and have wanted it to be an active part of my life. Since Photography is my passion, what better way to combine my two favorite things than pet photography?

Why pet photography?

Eshita: Because they can give the most natural moments. They don’t need any lighting set up. It is difficult to click the candid moments and their emotions as they are so restless.

And you do click at the perfect time. It is seen in the pictures on your website ‘Tailshots’, you have beautifully managed to capture their moods.

Eshita: I kind of get along with the pets. Yes it is challenging to get that perfect click as they are so restless but that is the fun part.

Any specific pet you would want to capture?

Eshita: The breeds that I want to shoot are Afghan hound, Akita, Bull Terrier and other pets like squirrels, snakes, turtles, etc.
